Over the past 16 years, I’ve designed and scaled learning strategies that ensure every learning initiative is both a business success and a personal breakthrough for participants. From initial assessment through implementation and continuous improvement, I build end-to-end programs that lead to real and lasting change.

Alongside my work in learning and development, I am a published poet and dance teacher. My creative practices shape how I lead and approach challenges: they sharpen my eye for nuance, reveal connections others might miss, and strengthen my commitment to embodiment. I design events and learning experiences as stirring narratives. I close every experience like a good book you never want to end and leave a lasting impression that is felt, embodied, and applied.
